Wednesday: Study: Section 7.3 and 7.4. Although we did not discss the second and third isomorphism theorems (or the fourth) for rings in lecture. You should have a careful look at Theorem 8 on page 246 and the following discussion. Do: Page 247-250: 26c, 28 and 34. (Recall that in these problems R is ring with identity 1 not equal to 0.)
