I'm a fifth year mathematics Ph.D. student at Dartmouth College. My research advisor is Peter Winkler, and my interests lie broadly within discrete probability, combinatorics, and graph theory. In particular, I am interested in Markov chain mixing times and exact mixing, MCMC, random permutations and permutons, and problems arising from political redistricting.

I graduated from Boston College in 2015 with a B.S. in mathematics. At BC, I also studied economics and western intellectual history.

I am also a bass clarinetist in the Dartmouth College Wind Ensemble. We perform at least once per term at the Hopkins Center for the Arts.
