Eigenvalue Asymptotics for Toeplitz Operators, and a Conjecture of Halvdansson

Abstract: This talk will be about precise eigenvalue behavior for families of Toeplitz Operators over RKHS, particularly the Fock and Bergman spaces. A recent conjecture of Halvdansson will be presented, along with a counterexample. Statements of a similar form to Halvdansson’s conjecture will be presented, along with the corresponding Bergman case. This is joint work with Shuang Guan.
