Announcements:

• Wednesday, September 28, I will have the office hour from 1 to 2 pm, instead of the regular times (10-11 am)
• Starting with October 11, I will have an extra office hour each Tuesday from 3:00 to 4:00 pm
• Since the homework due on October 13 seems rather long, I erased problem #30 from Section 4.1 from the list of problems
• On November 22 I will be out of town, so we have to cancel that class. We should try to decide a good time (during the x-hours) when we can make up this class. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
