Calculate the addition and multiplication tables for GF(4). Calculate the addition and multiplication tables for OIDF in the affine plane of order 4 described on p.57 of the text. (Note: you've already done most of the work for this in an old assignment.) Prove that GF(4) is isomorphic to OIDF by setting up an explicit bijection.
