- As with all Spring 2020 courses, this course will be taught remotely. All learning will be done asynchronously, except for office hours.
- CANVAS will be used to disseminate all course information. You may also email me at any time: Anne.E.Gelb@Dartmouth.edu.
- Written notes, reading assignments, and homework will be uploaded on a regular basis. Homework assignments will be posted under "assignments" and will have regular deadlines. I will schedule office hours twice a week via zoom, probably during the late afternoon (I will take a straw poll to determine the most convenient times for people). Everyone should plan to come for the first five minutes, even if you don't have questions. This will be our opportunity to catch up and see how the class is going. You are not obligated to stay past this time.
- You are encouraged to work together on homework projects. For this purpose, Dartmouth has set up zoom for all students and faculty, but you may use facetime, googlehangout, skype or whatever you prefer. I plan to give seven homework assignments. There will be no exams.
- If you plan to do a project, please let me know by the end of the fourth week. You will need to provide a brief summary (less than one page) of what you plan to do. I can also provide some ideas for you. Please let me know if you want to work as a two person team.
