In this module students learn how to interpret food labels and analyze the nutritional
composition of foods. They will do so mainly through applying an understanding of percent. To
a lesser degree they will write some basic formulas and will also construct a triple bar graph.
The math includes calculating percents; writing formulas; reading, interpreting, and graphing data.
