Please also note that this will be more of an "adult" math exam than that of a typical calculus class, meaning that in addition to being comfortable with the standard computations, you will also be expected to be familiar with the main definitions, theorems, and concepts from the course. Students who have conflicts with the scheduled exam time Monday (4 to 6 pm) should contact their instructor to get written permission to take the make-up exam from 6:30 to 8:30.

  • Do: Section 6.4: 4, 6, 8, 10, 19, and 20. (Problems 19 and 20 don't have anything to do with the QR decomposition in Theorem 12.)
  • HW Not Collected: Homework will no longer be collected and graded. Nevertheless, doing the homework is crucial to understanding the material. You can, and should, ask about the homework in office hours and tutorial.
