The budget includes renter's insurance, which is divided by 12 to give a monthly payment. The formula bar shows the division, which the spreadsheet does for you. The formula bar for cell B7 reads “=ROUND(185/12,2)”. This tells the spreadsheet to divide 185 by 12 and then round off to two decimal places.
