This workbook contains a series of resources meant to get students ready to work on research projects related to the structure and dynamics of the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) under the supervision of Scott Pauls. The work we do is in applied mathematics, with application to neuroscience. Our overarching goal is to understand the relationship between the structure and dynamics of the oscillatory output of the SCN.

If you are new to all of this and are looking to get started, read the Overview
